Eligibility

The money-back guarantee is applicable only to customers who have purchased the products directly from our website, www.thor-x.com

Guarantee Period

The guarantee period starts from August 2023 to September 2023 ONLY.

Refund Criteria

1. Consumption and Proof of Use
   ● To qualify for the money-back guarantee, customers must consume a minimum of 5 sachets of the product.
   ● Customers who wish to avail themselves of the money-back guarantee must return a total of 10 sachets: 5 used sachets and 5 unused sachets, together with the box.
2. Guarantee Period
   ● The Money Back Guarantee is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, within August 2023 – September 2023. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within guarantee period
3. Proof Of Purchase
   ● The customer must provide the valid receipt of the purchase from our official website.

Refund Request

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team either by phone or email. You will be required to provide your order details, including the purchase date and order number, along with a brief explanation of why you are dissatisfied with the product.

Product Return

To initiate a refund, you must return the used product, all 10 sachets and the box to us. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Please ensure that the packaging is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a proof of shipment to ensure the safe return of the product.

Multiple Purchases

In the case of multiple purchases of the same product, only the first purchase will be eligible for a refund under the Money Back Guarantee. Subsequent purchases will not qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank provider.

Refund Amount

● The refund amount will be equal to the original purchase price, excluding any shipping, handling and additional fees.
● Any discounts, promotions, or coupons applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

Timeframe for refunds

● We strive to process refunds within a reasonable timeframe, within 14 business days of receiving the returned product or approving the refund request.
● However, depending on factors such as the payment method or processing delays, it may take longer to reflect the refund in the customer’s account.

Discretionary Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to these terms and conditions on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion, in situations where we believe it is fair and reasonable to do so.

We reserve the right to modify or update these money-back guarantee terms and conditions at any time. Please note that failure to meet any of the above criteria may result in the denial of the refund request.
